Alongside following a controlled diet, make it a practice to exercise regularly. Half an hour of extensive workout and some walking in the evening can do a world of good in burning the excess calories.

Yes, it is one of the toughest of jobs to shed those extra pounds you have gained over years of hard eating. But the result it gives is worth the effort spent. Remember the adage – Health is Wealth. A healthy body is very necessary to keep oneself off any illness. Further, a healthy mind resides only in a healthy body. Hence, eat healthy and stay yourself fit!
